How do I become a resource international dealer?

Just click on Wholesale Registration in the top or bottom navigation. This will bring you to our Request a Wholesale Account form. There you will provide us with basic information about yourself and your company, choose a user name and password, and then submit for our review. Soon after you will receive approval of your registration...and enjoy full access to detailed

product information as well as your cart for placing orders.

What is the minimum order amount?

All orders require a minimum purchase amount of $75.00.

We also require that you order by case pack.

What are case pack quantities?

Our products are packaged in specific selling quantities called case packs. When ordering on the website, all items are purchased as 1, 2, 3, etc. case pack(s) of specific quantities per item.The case pack quantities are provided on each product detail page of this website. We cannot break case pack for online orders.If you would like to order less than case pack quantities, please contact customer service for assistance.

How do I purchase special order or custom products?

How long will it take to ship my order?

Our typical turn-around time from receipt of a confirmed order is 3 to 5 business days.

What are your shipping terms?

All shipments are made FOB Springfield, New Jersey Warehouse 07081.

What method of shipping do you use?

All shipping charges are calculated via Fedex Ground from our Springfield, New Jersey Warehouse 07081.

What if there is a discrepancy with my delivered order?

Any discrepancies with received product must be reported within 48 hours of receipt; and damage(s) or shortage(s) must be noted, at time of delivery, on your Delivery Acceptance Form in order for us to process the appropriate credit.

Do you ship back orders?

We will keep your back orders open and ship when available, unless you specify otherwise.

Product Q & A:

Are the product dimensions as provided on the product detail pages "inside" or "outside" dimensions?

They are "inside" dimensions for cargo products; and outside dimensions for all other products.

What are the outside dimensions of each product?

Add 1/2 inch to each inside dimension for boxes with lids and add 1/4 inch to each inside dimension for all other products.

What factors may affect product color or appearance?

The color on your computer screen may differ slightly in shade from the actual color of the item due to the specifications of your color monitor. 

According to Pantone, one of the leading authorities on color, "even the most advanced monitors require adjustments for different lighting conditions and environments to maximize their performance."

Please also note that cargo® brand products are made of a fiberboard which is a 100% recycled post consumer material. 

Slight color variations are a special characteristic of this material. It is also possible to see unique "flecks" and fibers in the board, proof that it is a genuine recycled product.

Is the fiberboard used in cargo® products acid-free?

Yes, it is considered acid free because the board is neutral as a result of a buffering process which renders the pH value in the range of 7.3 to 7.6 (a pH value between 6 and 8 is neutral). 

A substance that is "acidic" has a pH of 6 or less and "basic" with a pH over 8.

Is the fiberboard used in cargo® products environmentally friendly?

Yes, it is an ecological product made of 100% post consumer recycled material; and the cargo® products themselves are recyclable. 

In addition, our manufacturing is based on ISO 14001 which follows international environmental standards for producing such product based on environmental goals.
